RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, in the event of dissatisfaction relating to size, we are happy to offer an exchange within 1-2 business days of purchase (within Lagos), 3 – 4 business days (within Nigeria/outside Lagos) and 7- 10 business days (for international orders). Buyers will be responsible for shipping costs.
During exchanges, items must be returned in their original condition with all tags intact.
Returns that are damaged or altered will not be accepted. We are very particular about quality control and try our best to ship the best quality of finished products. If you received an item that is damaged/not in perfect condition, please send a detailed video about it, so it can be investigated. Depending on results, we can either process an exchange or a refund, based on your choice.
No refunds, except, you received an item that is damaged/not in perfect condition.
